Nottingham Castle

ATTS Ltd completed the reinstatement and restoration of the historic Venetian Terrazzo paving  to the Ducal Palace Gallery.

Replacement and restoration of the Encaustic Tiling to the Rebellion Gallery and Cave area.

Nottingham Castle Transformation Project

A restored and reimagined heritage visitor attraction

The Oculus Building

A  ‘Living Building’  reflecting its green surroundings. Materials such as terracotta, sandstone and terrazzo reflect its natural feel.

ATTS carried out terrazzo works to the central atrium, main central feature staircase and lower level steps together with ceramic wall and floor tiling to all the wash and rest room facilities.

The Oculus Building: Warwick University

A ‘State of the Art’ teaching and learning facility situated on the central campus

Lambeth Town Hall

ATTS carried out the restoration and refurbishment, including new work, to Lambeth’s historic Grade 11 listed Edwardian landmark building.

Terrazzo and marble finishes were repaired and restored. Modern alterations that had masked original features were restored or repaired to match the original materials.

Lambeth Town Hall

A major regeneration scheme for Lambeth

Worcestershire Parkway Station

ATTS installed in excess of 2000 square metres of terrazzo tiles to the main ticket hall and circulation area.

We used a durable hard floor finish able to cope with the demands of high footfall, synonymous with mass transit projects. The tiles ensure that slip resistance is maintained for the full lifecycle of the tile.

Worcestershire Parkway Station

The first new station to be built in Worcestershire for over 100 years

Tyne Tunnels

ATTS were chosen as the restoration contractor for the tiles and terrazzo of these historic grade 2 listed tunnels due to our experience and involvement with similar projects worldwide.

Both tunnels run in between Howdon and Jarrow and are used by thousands of Tynesiders.

The works comprised the matching and replacement of missing and damaged areas of tiles and terrazzo to the two surface terminal entrance buildings and to the tunnels.

Tyne Cycle and Pedestrian Tunnels

Historic Grade 2 listed tunnels, originally opened in 1951

Somerset House

ATTS carried out a complete restoration to the Grand Staircase, some 19 flights, and all its associated landings, skirtings and wall stringers. These areas had suffered many years of neglect, severe damage and over covering with other finishes.

We undertook the restoration of all the damaged areas with new insitu terrazzo and the replacement   of the missing non slip mosaic tesserae to the step treads.

A complete re-grind, polish and seal was then carried out to the whole staircase.

ATTS was chosen as the terrazzo contractor for this 1936 Period Building in the Heart of Birmingham due to our involvement in a number of similar projects and for our extensive experience within the terrazzo industry.
